We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order number and details about the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
